the french article is a translation from an original article from the "us news & world report" april 12th 1957 issue

http://www.ebay.com/itm/APRIL-MAY-JUNE- ... 0678454685

too bad this seller won't ship to europe :(

if someone from the US is willing to buy the above I'll refund the purchase

I am happy to ask my brother who's in the US to buy it for you and ship unless some forumer from the US could do it without me having to contact my brother, let me know. Which country are you in?

Dunno what it would cost:), he could try shipping from the post office, should I tell him to buy it and ship to you? If shippings too much then he could just send you the pages you want I guess.

Ok, then please go ahead and buy for me, we'll figure out shipping once your brother gets it and i'll reimburse you
I would be a shame to tear the book apart so i'd would like to get it in 1 piece

thanks Cruvon !
USPS has special (reduced) rates for 'media' shipping that includes books. hopefully that will keep shipping costs at a reasonable level

Ive sent an e-mail to ETA.ch asking for historical data / information about the V72 and the number of movements they sold to Breitling in the years between 1952 - 1955 , "split out by year please"

who knows they may actually read my e-mail and respond :D

reply from ETA:

Dear Mr. ******,

Thank you for your request. Unfortunately we do not have any records that we could share with you, regarding the Valjoux 72.
We are sorry that we cannot give you a more positive answer.
