telling you anything relevant without pictures is impossible, of course, but some basic information:

the "30 pulsations" scale is a Doctor´s dial: you start the chronograph, count up to 30 pulses and stop the chrono, the scale will show the pulse rate.

the "subdials at 3 & 9" might point to a Venus-175-based chronograph (or several other possible calibers), but it definitely is no 769, as a) those were introduced in 1942, the serial number you quote would be well before that; b) the reference number 769 would be outside the caseback; c) it would have the distinct Chronomat turning bezel and a reference to the patent 217012 on the dial.

Please post pictures, though adding a "Doctor´s dial" and a Breitling logo to a noname chrono is very much en vogue with our friends in Argentina, as it seems to add additional value to often quite worthless pieces, hope this is not the case here.
