I have a jeweler who has a watchmaker in house.....good place to go for an estimate?

SUre, but I wouldn't let him do the work without knowing that he had a track record of working on Breitlings. There is a member here chronodeco (Craig) who does exceptional work priced correctly. I would contact him.
