How about that. Just shooting a picture for a friend on the weekend. Still on my iphone. 3 of my tool watches.

Image

Chrono Matic 44. Of course its upside down! Love that left side crown & that almost blue dial, even though its black.
Sky Racer. Still getting used to the pinion ratio drive on the bezel.
Hamilton Khaki X Wind (with crosswind calculator). Probaby the least loved dial colour available but one of my favorite colours in this model. Of course, what else!

Very nice, that Sub in particular looks crisp. More than once I have thought about doing an "icons" collection of a Navi, a Sub (I'd cheat a little with a GMT) and a Speedy, plus maybe a Reverso for dress. Unfortunately I like different colors in dials and there are still a few pieces out there I need to try, plus the watch budget is still a little tight. Very nice collection.

Cruvon: very nice pieces, the trifecta (except all 1st place finishers) in iconic models!

P51: Don't know how many instances I almost pulled the trigger on the Chronomatic 44 - still might some day :)

Excellent choices... I'm still shamelessly lusting for a red Sub as well.
An 806 is IMO a must for any vintage Breitling enthusiast. The Speedmaster is a given for any collection period.

Hey Kodiak,

Go on, pump that trigger finger up. :guns: You now you want one.

Lets face it, most originals are too darn expensive to get hold of in any decent shape, the 49 has the crown on the wrong side, so the 44 is the best of both worlds if you like the Chrono Matic. Well, thats what I tell myself anyway!

Great trio Cruvon.

I have to say though, for me the beautifully patinated Navi is delicious.

Thanks Scott. True, go with the ones that sing to you:), do understand when you say you like the variety of dial colours.
