Finally after a visit with a complete stranger (the package was delivered to someone else but me) my C-Matic is back! Dropped her onto the floor while doing a chronograph run and she refused to obey my command after that. So I sent her to the watch doctor like 2 weeks ago. He called me up and explained to me that one of the arms (the linkage) that goes from the chrono start/stop button, had been a little bent/unaligned when i dropped it (must have dropped it right on the button....
So he just aligned that linkage piece, removed some dirt particles from the dial and lubricated the pushers. Very happy with the result, and I can´t say that it was expensive. He only charged me 500 Swedish Crowns for the work (around 67 US dollars).....Phew....
And with her evil Omega brother Mark.....
