The Datora is a 1973 based on serial number. The model number is hard to read - looks like it has an 84 or a 34 - it should be 2034, but I don't see any evidence of the 20 - kinda weird.
All of the hands are replacements, except perhaps the chrono seconds hand, but originals can be had relatively easily for these if you have the watch serviced / restored. The movement is a Valjoux 7734 as it should be, not perhaps the world's most attractive movement, but it's a solid engine.
As for the Transocean, the model number is 7102, which is exactly what you have here. I can't find anything wrong with it - the movement, as you can tell from the bridge is a Valjoux 7740, which is exactly what it should be, and I don't see anything wrong with that either. I'd like to see a serial number, but it will be 1970s as the seller states, and apart from the fact that the price is maybe slightly high, I think it's a great example - it would be my choice of the two.
