As for Clebar, very few informations can be found out there.
It seems that Singer was the brand used to distribute Breitling in Turkey in the mid 40’s (Ottoman Empire at that time).
Starting date is definitively not clear but an example of a chronomat 769 dated before 1945 have been found.

Two models with SINGER dial have been seen up to now.

I have read in this forum that a ref 734 with SINGER dial have been seen some time ago but I wasn't able to find a pic. If anyone has one, I would be interested to see it!
