I'm a proud owner of a lovely Navitimer 816

There seems to be somewhat of a lack of technical info regarding these large-cased beasts...

I'm curious to know if anybody knows the sizing for the OEM acrylic crystal, so that one may be able to procure an aftermarket replacement. Do you know the Pocketwatch crystal or GS crystal info for this beast? Yes I know that the original is NLA.

Also, am I correct in assuming that 816, 819 share the same exact case parts (aside from dial, mov't holder, etc) as 1806, 1809... ? Acrylic crystal as well?

I have a spare crystal, I'll measure it on Monday and post if nobody has the data before.
hard to impossible to find, all available (ever second year or so one comes up for sale) are NOS, Sternkreuz, the original manufacturer, does not produce them anymore.

crystal dimensions: diameter 41.2mm, height on the rim 3.42mm, slightly domed, chromed tension ring.
