Hi,
I'm new to the forum, and not a collector as such, but I came across a watch with the Breitling logo which doesn't look quite the same as anything I can find on the 'net.

This has lain in a drawer for decades, and although it does run reluctantly I think there is a problem with the mainspring.

Can anyone help me identify it? (Photos attached, metal is chrome/stainless, color is a trick of the lght!)

John

hands and case look legit to me, René ?
dial too is far above anything the Chinese do, though unconvinced it's untouched.

can't find ref. 122 in Richter, but that's no real surprise, serial no. would date it to '46, in line w/ the dial logo.

Nothing wrong with this one. Remember, in the Richter book this would be a 7122 which is listed.

Thanks for your help - I think I'll see if it can be fixed as the consensus seems to be that it's real!
