Seem to be a number of 1959 so called Gen III versions around with the APOA logo but not the twin jet. Mid 60's perhaps? Could it be the wrong case back (with earlier serial number) and that this is actually a Gen IV from mid 60's (still with V178)?

Case has had a makeover by the looks of it.
