This has got to be a grail watch if I ever saw one. I don't think it will get near what he wants for it ($7k) but will be interesting to see what the bidding will do. Doesn't get much better than this and with the box too!

Very nice indeed, but.....

Does that crown look like rose gold vs. the rest in yellow gold?

Since the crowns are plated my experience has been they age differently than 18k gold. A shade or so of difference is pretty common. Plus the case hasn't been polished, or anything, to match.

has been on my watchlist for some time, beautiful. Though I also doubt it will reach the sum the seller seems to want.

Another non-Premier but Breitling marked bridge in an 18k piece from the mid 40s, there seems to be no real logic to this.
