I think it is a 1959 ish premier in stainless steel

serial number on the back is quite worn but I think it says Breitling 06739

(sorry for the really bad ipod photo)

How much do these sell for?

I can't tell anything from that.

To be able to help we are going to need clear shots of the dial, inside and outside of the caseback and the movement.

Dial shot is not so good but the dial already it doesn't look consistent with all the Premiers I've seen...

18 jewels ?
hmm....
As far as I know, none of the venus or valjoux movements that should be in a Breitling of this period do have 18 jewels, but 17 ?

I'll check again tonight when I go home. I may be wrong.. it looks alot like a top time but I would have expected that written on the face..

sorry, but this is definitely not a Top Time dial. This is easy to tell, even from those blurry pics, also have not seen a Top Time with the Breitling logo in script.

Yeah, even without the pictures the facts aren't adding up. Geneve (Geneva) on the dial makes it 52 or later, and that dial on an 18 jewel post 52 Premier makes no sense - non gold Premier is unusual enough. Screaming franken to me.
