This is listed by a reputable seller but claims there is no reference number for this model. Thoughts?

Redone dial and a number on the back that's not a Breitling reference number would be all I would need to see at this point.

It actually does have a reference number - 1930, which is inconsistent for Breitling. That dial is not original either.

edit - Paul beat me to it.
