. . . and assuming a solid gold case with fancy lugs would appear on one of the two "Fantaisies" pages (pages 113 and 114 in the 1946 catalog and pages 107 and 109 in Richter), I don't see any chronographs with the 12/6 register alignment and none of the cases look like this one. My eyes aren't seeing one like in the catalog pages reprinted in The Book either.

I think we need more images.

Yeah, I agree.

The fancy lug cases on Richter pp107 and 109 aren't the same as this, and they are all 3 / 9 chronos. I don't recall seein a model like this before, but caseback and movement shots would help.
