Signed Breitling, Premier, Ref. 754, circa 1945
Cal. 10 1/2''' circular nickel-finished lever movement, 17 jewels, the silvered matte dial with Arabic numerals, outer red telemetre scale and black five minute divisions, inner blue tachymetre scale, two subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 30 minutes register, in square case with downturned lugs, snap on back, two rectangular chronograph buttons in the band, case, dial and movement signed
26 mm. wide

I didn't doubt they existed, just never had seen one for sale. The price it sold for, way over the auction house estimate, confirms how rare it is. Still would like to see detailed close up pics to determine a baseline for others that might come up.
