May i know how much this watch worth and the manufacture date?

Can't give you a date without a serial number, and I'm sorry but value is going to be difficult because that watch looks like it has problems. Aside from the missing pusher and replacement crown I don't believe that the dial, case and movement started life in the same watch.

It actually looks something like in the 1190's series of watches...

Case is certainly similar, and that would also explain a Breitling bridge rather than a premier bridge. The location of Premier was where some of the special issue 1190s were marked, but the Premier is obviously wrong for an 1190 type watch.
