Selling "Aviation" watches as Breitling

and these are still offered new if you search for them

I know the history behind them but I dont think its fair to offer them as Breitling

I agree, and notice the final comment in English - what you see is what you get, almost trying to weasel out of any claims about the description. Not sure that it's anything reportable though.

this he calls a "Navitimer Cosmonaute ca. 1965", I would call it a Chronomat 808 (before 1963) if it were a real Breitling:

. . . is it much worse than calling a Sicura a "Breitling"? I don't think it's a reportable offense, because there is likely some original Breitling content.

But, Rene raises an interesting point about the history of these Albert Wajs watches. We know he bought some of the remaining parts when the company closed in 1980, with nothing passing to the Sicura, current company. I believe it was several years before these watches started appearing on the market, so I think it has to be that many of the components had to be sourced anew. In other words, Wajs and Helmut Sinn did not buy complete watches that just needed to be assembled. They bought parts to watches for which additional components had to be sourced to complete watches for the market.

I think the unknown history is exactly what parts came from Breitling inventory and what components were needed to complete watches.

Well I can tell you the quality is first rate. The only thing I think could be original Navitimer is the case and maybe the crystal. The crown, dial, back, and movement certainly aren't original Breitling pieces. I actually like the dial better then the Navitimer.
