The Auction Number is 110644320878. It looks beautiful and would have to have been restored I imagine to look so good. I have to wonder how I could find information on what to look for and how to know if this is a fake. Any suggestions on it's legitimacy would be appriciated.

Fake. The Breitling script on the back and on the movements bridge have been added and the dial is a redo with Breitling probably added.
