92 serials could be 1959 or 1960 depending on the rest of the number (1959 up to 922163).
The value on these pieces is extremely dependent on condition and I'm not prepared to offer any thoughts without seeing pictures, preferably also showing the movement and inside of the caseback. If it's not running then that will certainly affect value, but if you are considering selling then you may not get your money back on servicing costs - that said, if it's not running at all then you likely should get it to running condition before trying to sell, otherwise you will take a big hit because of the risks of an expensive repair bill.
We have a member in the US - chronodeco who may be able to assist you with servicing / restoration. His work is extremely good.
