Totally correct 828.

There may be some remnants of the serial below the reference number, but I don't see it.

I don't know. Can't find any reference anywhere else for a 828. Not on the Watchuseek Chronomat history page either.

Those style hands didn't come along until around 1968. Looks sort of like a 808 back but really strange.

Not 868 - 828.

Trust me, it's real, though I can't validate the claim of 1965 obviously. I can agree that 1968 might well be appropriate :wink:

Very nice - the combination of index markers & all that red give the 828 a unique look.
