so....... dont for get to turn the burner off on the hob then leave a pan handle over it for 6 mins and then grab the pan handle.

turns out it really fucki*g hurts, gives yo7u second degree burns a trip to a&e and means writing this took ages.

turns out i could do with a bit of sympathy
