Hello to everyone

As you may or may not know there are devastating Bush fires raging throughout Victoria it hasnt effected me as yet but we are on alert, to see the devastion is just incomprehendable

IF I drive ten minets from my place there are burnt out cars where bodies have been found , animals that have tried to escape but have been burnt alive they lay dead with there owners next to each other, it is truley something from a horror movie something you would never want to see again

Most towns are completely sealed of now as it is now a crime Scene and police are looking for more bodies.

Close friends of ours from Marysville have lost a whole street of friends and neighbours in total 15 people if you would like to see the up to date info log onto iwww.news.com.au/heraldsun it has a full up to date info on this truley devastating point in time or http://www.cfa.vic.gov.au and just see how many fires are burning

If you would like to make a donation you can go on line to http://www.redcross.org.au/ it has all the information every little helps even to leave messages of hope and insperation

PS We will reunite, We will rebuild, We will become stronger. God bless to all the 181 people who didnt make it

Kind Regards
Marcus

Thanks for bringing the donation link to our attention Marcus.

I'd just like to express my own sincere condolences to anyone personally involved in this tragedy. It looks absolutely horrific on the news and made even worse (if that's remotely possible) by the fact that much of it appears to have been started deliberately. It defies belief that anyone could do something as stupid and incomprehensible as this, but unfortunately we live in a world where irresponsibilty and idiocy are commonplace. In this case, that stupidity has resulted in a truly tragic loss of innocent lives with many MANY families affected, and I for one dearly hope the authorities catch those responsible.

I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say our hearts are with you at this terrible time.

Driver8 said it better than I could.

A global community like this helps us all realise that these aren't just news stories, they affect real people every day.

Stay safe Marcus.
