Few points...

1. iPhone on AT&T exclusively. This means big $$ for monthly plan - they're expensive but coverage adequate.
2. Storm on Verizon exclusively. This means no international travel as Verizon use CDMA (good for US and parts of Iraq). I hate the way Verizon used to add all sorts of surcharges, taxes and fees on top of everything. Getting a bill was always a surprise. Coverage not bad though in US.
3. Have you looked at G1? Cheap price $179 & coverage will get better when TMobile expand 3G network

Well up here in Kanada, i have had most BB's (except the storm of course).
I now have the IPhone 3G, and i love the thing......Without doubt the best i have owned, I love the various apps that are available, and don't really miss the flash compatibilty.

Also, since the new upgrade the battery life is much better

:D

I'd get the Iphone,

Ive had a BB Curve for 6mths now and irs by far its the worst most unreliable thing (it doesnt deserve to be called a phone) ive ever owned, it misses messages, looses sms's n the messenger is useless. from all the hype the storm looks like it could be a cool piece of kit but i think the Iphone is much better by far.

Despite the crappy camera (if you want to take pictures, get a proper camera), the lack of forwarding or receiving picture messages and the fact that it's carrier-limited, get the iPhone.

I have a UK 3G one and I love it.

well here are my reasoning for getting either one.

Storm: I have VZ now. I love the service! Bunch of my friends have VZ and wife... blah blah blah.
Storm has more memory 8GB card plus 1GB build-in.

Blackberry Email and this new Click type thing.

Removable battery!!!!

G3 but NO WIFI!!!

How many apps does VZ have? I like all the cool apps and games IPhone has.

IPhone: First of all I would have to change the service.

I use my Ipod a ton... so I wanted one thing for all my needs. I d/l bunch of Podcasts.

So I guess to sum it up... I liked Iphone for its apps and Itunes/podcasts.

I think that IPhone will struggle with battery life. I hear people mentioning it, through their teeth.

WIFI

I did see something that Storm will come with a software that would or could sink all your Itunes stuff.

I just want to have one thing that would have it all... international travel isn't a concern.

T Mobil G1... while a really cool phone with all its bells and whistles.

By far is THE ugliest phone I've ever seen.
It looks like I should do merchandise recount at Sears or something with it!

I would highly advise getting the BOLD...my brother has the iphone...I personally don't like the touch screen stuff.

BE BOLD!!!

Not true, I have my 9530 Storm unlocked for travel and can use any sim card on any 3G network worldwide.

I'm a Windows Mobile fan, anyone seen the HTC HD? The screen clarity makes the iPhone seem old fashioned!

I have a BB Curve, and I really like it. I like my buddy's BB Bold even more, the screen is amazingly sharp on that thing. I am on Telus Network, which is CDMA... the reception is perfect and I've never had any billing or other problems on the network. I get all my messages and calls.

I think it really comes down to what you like to do on it. If you are a mad emailer and texter, you'll want to make sure you like typing on the touchscreen if you want to go that route.. if you prefer an actual keyboard, you should get something with one. The iPhone is a great fun phone, and is stylish. The BB has a more businessy brand, which bring out the business look.

I find browsing great on the iPhone, but I dont like typing on touchscreen. I do more emailing and texting that i do browsing. But really, I'm not picking. I just prefer a keypad over touchscreen for my phone.

In Conclusion:
If you are old, and wanting to look young, get the iPhone

If you are young, and wanting to look more mature, get a BB.

Recently upgraded to the 3G Iphone when my dad decided to get the Blackberry Bold. Within two weeks he was back to an Iphone saying the Blackberry kept crashing on him. Think the only reason he sold the Iphone in the first place is because he is a phone whore.Whatever is the newest phone is the one he wants. He will find the smallest thing to nick-pick his current phone till mom gives him the ok.
I have had an Iphone ever since the release and love it.

Think I've finally decided to move to the Palm Pre when released.
Even on Sprint I think the phone beats them all.
Mind you - HTC are coming out with about 13 new handsets this year...
