Post subject:  Some site stats
Although this site has grown considerably in the last 20 months or so (when I joined I was member number 170!), it's still quite a close knit place.... which explains the general friendliness of the place which we all love. :)

For example, of out current 2169 members, there are just 7 with over 1000 posts, and only 62 with over 100.

However, the most bizarre thing to me is that there are 726 members (that's 33% of the membership) who all took the time and effort to join and come up with a user-name...., only to never post a single thing!?! :huh Very peculiar....

Anyway, just thought I'd share this fruit of a moment's boredom!

Just to add to this, I'm sure admin won't mind me sharing a gem or two that he provided to me as part of the profile for the proposed LE (no I haven't heard yet).

Here's one that springs to mind.......

The site averages more than 50,000 visitors (not visits) a month :shock: :!:

Those are certainly some interesting stats, especially the number/% of members that have yet to post anything. After all, one would think if you took the trouble to sign up that you also had something you wanted to say even if it wasn't much of a contribution (I know I have been guilty :roll: ).

No kidding? Way, way more than I would have expected! Not that I know anything about such things, of course, but that sure is a lot.

It is surprisingly common to see how many members of IBBs have never made a post. I have registered on quite a few IBBs but only ever do so when I have the intention of posting right there and then.
