Time to upgrade my phone - I really like the iPhone 5s, and in looking at colors seems that the gold is rare to get, but I don't know - do you think it's too feminine? |

I don't think so... I want want badly. I already have the 5 though, and I can't really see spending more money just because I'm not due for an upgrade, and who knows, by then there might be another new one! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I am the only person alive without a smart phone - figured it's time! I really like the gold accent around the fingerprint scanner - but just........ugh, wish it was black and gold instead of white and gold. |

Just traded in my 5 last week for the 5S got $300 trade in for my old 5 which was 16gb and upgraded to the 64GB which was $400 so it ended up costing me $100 extra plus $50 for activation fee and they charge you sales tax on the full retail of the phone which is $800 so I left spending $200,my wife had an upgrade and let me use it, with verizon wireless. I wanted the gold or silver but they only come with the white front and really didn't want the white so I ended up going with the graphite, love the phone but the finger scanner sucks it works about 1 out of every 15 times, even tried to use different fingers, it seems to work ok for a day or 2 then it hardly works and makes you enter your 4 digit code. VERY aggravating |

I had a black 5s but returned it because I couldn't get used to the color, as I've had white iPhones since they came out. I wanted a silver one, but somehow ended up only finding a gold one on a whim. I don't find it to be feminine, and its pretty much covered for the most part. Rarely has anybody even noticed the gold color, even after picking it up and playing with it. EDIT: Just checked the local stock at apple.com, and just about every apple store within 50 miles of me has the gold iPhones in stock. So apparently its not very rare any more. |
