I always get them from some exiled princess in an African country, lol. Does anyone really fall for these things? Since people keep sending them out there must be some takers.

I didn't think anyone bothered with these things anymore. Like a lot of spam scams, so last year.

They still do it precisely because some still fall for it. I have a friend whose elderly mother did just that.

those suckers are still out there... i knew a guy i worked with that was 100% positive he won $250k from the "check" he got in the mail..he wasnt old either. 40's. i think with a lot of people they want it to be real so bad they start to beleive it.

But we in Switzerland have less obvious schemes to finance our lifestyle... For example tax evasi... Oh shoot, Prism just started reading along...
