Recently decided I'd upgrade what I wore out at night, especially now that I see what I do wear apparently is cheap, and sucks... which I guess is not a huge surprise considering it's what I liked in the early 90s! So what I decided to do is check out reviews on youtube and was surprised that there's people who are into that stuff just as much as everyone here is about watches. Definitely nothing wrong with that, I guess, but sort of cracks me up a little for someone to get excited about a scent. In my "research" of trying to figure out what to buy my new problem is there seems to be many choices that get high marks. To compound this problem, or maybe better put is the root of the problem, is that I am not in the mood to go out and smell test a bunch of these so will buy a few blind and see how it works out. I figure I'll grab 4 well known ones and expect them all to be good, but will probably find a winner among them. So far I've purchased Versace Pour Homme & 1 Million by Paco Rabanne. The other two I think I'll get is Creed Green Irish Tweed, and the one many seem to absolutely love, especially in the colder weather (which I get a lot of here) is Thierry Mugler Pure Malt. One of the reviewers was wearing an Omega Planet Ocean so I paid a little closer attention to him. :D

I haven't tried any, almost like I'm just waking up from the 90s. :)

I seen a lot of good things said about Dolce&Gabbana "The One."

Try Eternity Summer. It's limited edition. I've gotten a lot of compliments from it. Very light and fruity yet masculine. A hit with the ladys. I have bvlgari too. Can't remember the names right now. Polo Black is good too.

I'm old school - Aramis. I guess it is to me what Old Spice was to my Dad.

Kenzo. I have yet to find this here in the states. Well at least this one particular scent that I don't know the name of.

+1

I found the scent lingers longest on me, without needing a heavy "help!! can't breath!!" spray amount in the morning...

Dolce and Gabbana the One is great. It has been my go to everyday scent for a little over a year at this point.

Spice bomb by viktor rolf is awesome too. But seems to be very hard to find in stores.

I don't know if this helps your decision but Dolce and Gabbana The One is currently on groupon for $41.99 for the 3.3 Oz bottle. Which is a great price.

My scent of choice is Black XS by Paco Rabanne. I think it's discrete and light without being boring.

I'ma big fan of Acqua di Gio by Armani, otherwise you could go with Sex Panther since "60% of the time, it works every time."

Acqua di Gio is a great cologne I've had it for a while.
