Post subject:  Annual production numbers of high-end watch brands?
I would be interested in knowing the total production nuber of different high-end brands like Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Panerai etc. So - does anyone have a clue?

For Panerai, take a look here

This is the milleseme database created on paneristi.com and such is not official, but it comes from people updating it with accurate numbers as each Panerai has the number engraved on the back.

Year 'J' corresponds to 2007, 'I' 2006 etc

In terms of Rolex or Breitling, the numbers, as you can see, are derisory...I've just received my 'left hook' Panerai - see below - and this year they produced 400! (And it's not even a special edition)

PAM 219 - Right handed version of the 'simplest' Panerai Luminor model (So why am I wearing it on my left wrist??)

I only have a few figures on hand, some of which are not actual anymore:

Rolex appx. 1.000.000 to 1.200.000
Omega appx. 600.000 to 800.000
Breitling appx. 150.000 to 200.000
Vacheron Constantin appx. 4.500
Glashütte Original appx. 25.000 to 35.000
