Just a Quick question in case anyone here has experience?? Looking to buy a watch from abroad,seller accepts bank transfer or paypal,i think i'll pay the 3.5% extra on the price for paypal but was wondering if anyone has had good/bad experience from them if there is a dispute?? Thanks, Rich. |

paypal - especially in combination with CC - gives the buyer quite a good level of safety, actually have not heard yet about a well documented case against a seller that did not result in a full refund for the buyer. For larger purchases I make sure to open the package next to somebody who could vouch for my claims should the contents of the package not seem correct, have not had that problem yet, but adds an additional layer of security. |
