For you guys that enjoy American muscle cars, here's the new Dodge Challenger SRT. This car is designed like the old 1970's Challenger Dodge produced 30+ years ago. It's equipped with a 6.1L V8, 425hp engine. the car sold for $5000 over sticker, $45980. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 6400 made, this was #2017. More to follow.....I have the new owner lighting the tires up as he was leaving our store. ~Brian |

$5k over isn't too bad for the Challenger right now. Heck the Nissan GTR's are getting $30k over! ![]() What kind of shop do you have? |

That's a beauty. I glad they made it virtually like the concept, and I love the retro looks. ![]() |

![]() What kind of shop do you have? I work for a 7 line auto dealer in Eastern Oklahoma. Funny you mention the GTR.....A very good friend of mine works for a Nissan dealer in Springfield, MO. He went to Las Vegas to drive the GTR at Las Vegas Motor Speedway to compare the GTR to the 911 and Z06. He said the car was awesome. ~Brian |

I spend much of my time designing/building direct mail letter campaigns for the automotive industry. Thank you letters, Service Coupon Mailers etc... for about 108 different dealers across the states and growing every week. ![]() The GTR is nuts, hopefully I can have one in a year or two when the prices calm down a bit ![]() |

![]() The GTR is nuts, hopefully I can have one in a year or two when the prices calm down a bit ![]() Prices are ridiculous on the GTR now. My friend was telling me Nissan's strick warranty issues on th GTR. Oh, and a brake job on the GTR....$4000. I thought my buddy was kidding me. Nuts! ~Brian |

I like it, just hope the chassis can handle the power, especially in the bends! |

I didn't get to drive this car, I just got to ride shotgun. The power is nice for such a heavy car, but that large body would just roll too much in the bends. ~Brian |

![]() My friend tells me they are cast iron. It's one of the heaviest components on the car. ~Brian |

Sweet! I saw the publicity photos of this a while ago, there was talk it would be coming out in Australia badged as a new version of the Valiant Charger but haven't heard anything about that in a while. 6.1L, hmmm... That's 0.1 more than I've got now, might have to upgrade! |

Theres a bright orange one parked around the corner from my place. Sick car, but not worth the $75,000 Canada dealers are asking for them up here. |

obviously with a name like plumcrazy i like mopars and a certain color of them. ive had maybe 20 challengers from 70-72. this is on my list but i'll be damned if id ever pay over sticker for ANY car in this lifetime. especially when dealerships and mfg's are hurting as bad as they are..... give it till xmas or so and they will be giving them away. and its a perfect platform for a TT setup... ![]() |
