Post subject:  Breitling Forum Help?

Hi,

Why sometimes in a post with attached images, instead of the image I see a cartoon of a frog in what looks like an ice-cube with a message saying something about domain not registered, etc...
Is it something at my end or has aanybody else experienced this phenomena?

:huh

It happens when the original picture is hosted on an external site like photobucketc etc and later removed
I really dislike that as you(we) loose a lot of pictures over time and it makes referencing to specific watches a lot harder

My "frog" is different and I come across it quite regularly, even with some very recent posts.
This example is taken from the "Two Breitlings on NCIS" thread, second post by CometMan in the "Breitling Discussion" board:

your provider seems to have routing problems, try this in your browser:

That is a pain-in-the-rear image hosting site to me too. What happened is that to see the images, you need to go to the website and register. Registeration is free, but the cookie does not last long. On my laptop it's better, but on the ipad or iphone, it's so bad that I almost never bothered to go back to re-sign in.

Or maybe that site only affects Asian countries browsers...?
