http://www.casaofficial.com/ Good day, I've posted a link set up by agents from my department, for those of you from California, you understand the politics involved here regarding Jerry Brown. 71 Million dollars were cut from a budget that will basically lay off over 170 agents, (there are only about 430 of us state wide). If u have time to check out the link and click on the "NEWS" tab, they have posted videos of what we do. I am in fortunate to have enough state service and will not be impacted, but there are many of my co-worker who will be out of work in about 60 days. Im just posting this to help them out, thanks again.

I and millions of others have taken paycuts, lost pensions, and been furloughed based on the profitability of our private industry companies.

Your company (the Fed/CA. Government) is broke. Layoffs and paycuts are required, just like in the real world.

Perhaps if everyone in your Dept. took a 15% paycut your co-workers could keep thier jobs? Anyone interested in that?

I agree with what your saying, and as far as taking a pay cut. This mess is so deep that taking a pay cut won't even make a dent in the budget problems. Its a sign of the times and its time to pay up. Im just passing the word. Thanks again.
