Well it’s nearly Halloween and everywhere I go I see the remnants of picked over costumes and supersized bags of stale candy for sale (except some stores that are already stocking Christmas items. Really?).

The three great monsters of my youth were Dracula, Frankenstein, and the Wolfman.

These poor fellows must have had quite a time picking the perfect watch. Dracula slips in and out of coffins, lives in a damp cold mansion and has the obvious "moisture issue" - all that blood. Frankenstein has "electricity issues" and is a bit arm and hand clumsy. And Wolfman has a dramatically changing "wrist issue."

What Swiss Mechanical (G-Shock is too easy) watch do you think each of these three would most likely wear…..and why?

I think if Frankenstein was a watch guy, he could only wear a Rolex Milgauss. For his obvious magnetic field issues.
Wolfman, nothing says Alpha dog more to me than a chunky Breitling.
Dracula, not sure, but somehting classic white dial, black hands. Maybe an IWC.

Frankenstein would have to be an Omega or similar F300 'Tuning Fork' to deal with the electrical issues.

Wolfman has to be something stylish - I'm thinking Daytona. Breitling Airwolf seems too obvious, but would work.

Dracula - red faced Schumacher Speedmaster?

And we've missed out on The Mummy - I'd suggest anything, as long as it's in White....

Okay, I'll bite (yes, I know, sorry)

Frankenstein--Milgauss, for reasons stated above
Wolfman--OK, Breitling for him, Avenger or SA
Dracula--Formal dress, immortal if he stays clear of stakes. Patek Calatrava, timeless as well.

Yep,
Dracula would have to have something with a perpetual date complication.
I'd say Wolfman needs a watch with a moon phase.
Frankenstein could find some really good "Breitlings" coming out of China and Argentina at the moment.
