This AM I noticed an email on my iPhone linked to my gmail account. It indicated "no sender" and had "no subject" and "no message." It carried a date of 12/31/10. I checked my gmail on my laptop and it didn't show up there. I could not delete it from my iPhone gmail but the date changed to 12/31/69. Weird. Finally I powered off, restarted, and the email was gone. So any idea what the heck this was and if I should be concerned at all???? Should I delete the bank apps I have on my iPhone and then re-download them? |

I think you are ok, this happened once to me as well, my software engineer bro in law told me that the date is related to a ghost email... I also use an iphone and Gmail. I wouldn't be too worried, mine went away on it's own as well. You are not alone... https://discussions.apple.com/thread/24 ... 0&tstart=0 |

After the Blackberry mess, I think I'm not regretting having gotten a Galaxy. |

Guess I can take the tin foil hat off now. |
