I did wonder that myself, but I'm sure you see one of them not wearing anything on his back later on. (Can't check now as connection is not that good where I am).

BRAVE BUT DUMB IMO

Im just thinking of the time im at the gym on the pull up bar and my arms get soooo tired... That guy is nuts, especially if thats not a parachute.

I just rewatched the second longer vid, and the guy definitely doesn't have a parachute on towards the end. Plus I don't think the rucksack he has on earlier is a parachute anyway - it's only over his shoulders, not clipped across his chest or round his waist. Either way, totally insane.
