I love beer, have done ever since my year in England. In the summer I go for light lagers, as it turns colder, I tend to turn towards darker, heavier brews. With regards to wine, I prefer prosecco for white, and amarone for red. Hard booze: A nice single malt is always good, though I enjoy brandy as well. Mixed drinks: Dry Martini Gin Tonic White russian Mojito |

On the beer front than its always real ale for me. None of this tasteless lager nonsense! ![]() I also enjoy a drop of wine - red mostly but a decent white with a meal is nice too. I must confess to also enjoying the odd G&T ![]() |

Well being an English ex pat I still have a hankering for good English beer when I can find it, anything from Boddingtons to Ruddles County. I also like a lot of the Canadian craft beers - darks usually. Mill Street is a current favourite brewer. I like a good single malt, fairly broad range of tastes, not really into mixers and enjoy a good bottle of wine - red by choice, but white when the situation suits. Again fairly broad tastes but prefer old world, Canadian and Californian. |
