I was fortunate enough to get invited with full access VIP passes so here is a little taste of the included perks: this is a video of a lap around the Long Beach Grand Prix in a Pace Car.

The last Grand Prix I remember at Long Beach was back in 1989 and it was Formula 1

Lucky man, anyway.

If I'd been in that car, my pants would have been wet by the end of it. From what, I'm not sure.

The LFA is a major step forward for Lexus and will embarrass a lot of cars in terms of performance #s. However, at $350,000 (they're selling it at a loss since it costs more to produce, much like the Veyron) I would spend that money on Italian or German machines.

:yeahthat +1
And I think it is even more than $350K. I believe only 150 are designated to the US and only 18 to the UK.

Word breanach78!

As the hamster says, 340,000 pounds for a Lexus. Come on??? I would most def have to think twice. If I am about to spend that kind of cash I want to get some real soul and spirit in my car instead of pure cold and gray engineering. Such soul can be provided by the Italians when the car isn't working properly, not starting, catching fire, not braking as it should, wipers not cleaning as they should, the boot not opening, etc. But then, once in a while when you're in a bad mood and alone in your car going down a perfectly draped path of concrete spaghetti and everything works together in perfect balance...and its then that you fall in love with your car while your worries simply fly out the window with the wind...that's what I am talking about...soul and spirit!
