Were we? Tomorrow is a bank holiday here, and I'm not coming back to work for ages 'cos I've got to use up my holiday days before the end of the month. So we're off to Salon de Provence for the long weekend - it's near Marseille - so it'll no doubt rain (not 'cos it's near Marseille - just because I'm a Brit) Why there? My kids, bless 'em, decided to offer their dad a day driving one of these...

Sportback, WOW what a car  That is one of my favorite cars of all time!!! I see a half a dozen of those bad boys a day around here. It's like one DB9 after a Bentley all day long  Have fun with that thing....

Scared s**tless more like! I have loved Aston Martins for more years than I care to remember...from the DB6, AMV8 onwards (never really got on with the DB5) and as a lover of fine engineering, and a Brit living in France, I'm gonna wave that flag!! Think of me on Sunday

Had a FANTASTIC weekend and I might have to ask Admin to create an AstonMartinSource forum now... No wrist shots - Nadia couldn't get close enough to the wrong side of the car! What the hell - it was gorgeous, and for the brief moments at 220K simply exhilerating (v.small test track)
