Guys,

A friend of mine and his mates own a flight sim which they've built themselves (in a garage) and every year they perform a round the world virtual flight joing similar techno geeks for charity, have a look at the link and the videos, it starts on Sunday and is for a good cause so if you feel like giving a little donation I'm sure they'd appreciate it!

It's absolutely mind blowing what Gary and his mates have achieved, check out the HD videos if you have the bandwidth, bearing in mind this is all built by hand in a garage!

Don't forget one of our fellow members Gav also takes part in this too with a sim based in Scotland!

WOW thats the coolest thing i have ever seen. how did these guys build this stuff themselves??? they must have spent quite a bit of money. this seems like something you would see at flight school.

They have put a lot of money in to it and I think they also write the software themselves on a commercial basis for other flight sim set ups.
