I've just created a MySpace page for my bar band, The Strangers. Still early days so not much info on yet but if you want to have a look/listen, here's the link... http://www.myspace.com/themancstrangers If any of you have a MySpace page, please add us and if you live in/near Manchester (England), we'd love you to come along and see us some time. Fantastic stuff Sharkmouth!!! I could happily listen to you guys all night. You can guarantee if I am in Manchester I will have two priorities . 1. Spend a night supping ale and listening to you guys. 2. The Coro' St tour. (Whatever you may think of it, It's got a big following down here you know!) Which one are you in the picture? |

@Damian We played one gig where they'd put "The Stranglers" on the list of artists appearing! So we opened with a few bars of "Peaches"
@flyboy When we first started out, we were called "Undercover" so I developed the logo to have a Dick Tracy style to it. We found there was another local band called Undercover so we changed our name but kept the logo. Glad you like it. @bnewbie Thanks, I'll tell Pete who plays lead on that. I'm the bass player but they let me loose on 6 string for a couple of Stones numbers at the end of the night.

Sharkmouth, I too am no stranger to stage. I have been playing drums for about 22 or 23 years. I have played more than 100 shows in countless venues from bars to schools to outdoor festivals and even arena's. I sent a friend request to you on myspace. I just got back on there after about 6 months so my page is very empty so far. |

Hi Sharkmouth, Nice bit of rock there, i prefer it a bit heavier usually but i'll look out for you guys in the north west. i could do with getting out for a pint or eight. Do you ever come to Crewe, Limelight or M Club ?, Keep on rockin' |
