I once overheard a service desk call about a user who had trouble putting CD's in her CD drive, it apparently kept pinching her fingers. Out of curiosity I took the call and visited the user and asked her to give me a demonstration. I couldn't stop laughing when I found out another colleague had fitted her a new CD drive the day before and had put it in upside down! It was the funniest thing to watch, an IT version of Open All Hours and the cash register scene!! Cheers Stef |

Done. As an aside, I used to have an IT training company and on one occasion, a student did actually call me over to ask where the Any key was! |
