Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that a few new members really have an attitude problem?

Yes, I have. I've been around for about 18months, not a big poster but I do look forward to a morning read. I think the problem has been more noticable since the the summer and highlighted by the departure of the "Hand bag man from down under" Just a wind up merchant, I just don't rise to the bait.

I just enjoy, and will feep on enjoying the watches......!

I would agree - I tend not to get involved in (nor even read) posts which are or have been from certain members.

Also some of the long term members are avoided by me in the same way. It could be that there is a slight language barrier but some of the posts from these members can be a little brusque, a little short and bordering on arrogance.

So I read, comment amongst those members where I feel safe to do so and cringe when I see attacks which seem to get quite personal. Shame really but still an excellent place to be.

:yeahthat But I guess these forums are just full of regular people. Probably walk past some of them from time to time and don't know it. Thats the way people are, some are rude and nasty and others are polite and quite helpfull. People are just people and sometimes we just have to ignore what we don't like and enjoy the ones that make our day brighter.
Old expression in my line of work. Just keep on trucking...

Its like this in any forum.. especially as it grows. There are always going to be personalities that conflict. And there will always be people that give you attitude... I think the best solution is to just ignore the members that irk you. Hope you guys dont leave cuz of that tho ;) I like you all!

It seems like it coincided with the Youtube raffle. There was even a thread around that time that discussed the quality (or lack thereof) of typical Youtube comments. Perhaps some of those same knuckleheads joined here for the raffle, and have stuck around since.

I can't say I noticed that, but that doesn't mean your wrong. Although I did love one comment I saw on one of admins videos where the guy pissed him off and admin called him a troll... It almost made me fall off my couch! oh the little things..... :D
