Very interesting thread and one with longevity...started in 2007 by our dear Altair (I live vicariously through his watch collection) and still going strong! Can't believe I missed it. I read it all the way from the begging and its fun to see how throughout the years people have come and left from the forum and all the career changes that have happened with the recent financial crisis.

Me, work for a leading global independent asset management company. Started with the firm right out of university 5 yeas ago in their call center and now (after my MBA) I am a manager, regional associates for the prairies, which means I'm in sales management and I support/lead a team of inside wholesalers. Love the firm, love the job, and looking for my next step up. Who says corporate loyalty is dead :wink:

Well I started a new job last week. Now I'm a senior electronics technician at a correctional center. Needless to say, I'm back to wearing my g-shock to work until I can decide on a cheap auto.
