Interesting topic. 1st and only marriage. Like Roff, our 12 year wedding anniversary is also next month! (May 30th, to be exact)

Am considering giving the two of us matching Breitlings for our 12 year anniversary.

And by the way, about 8 hours ago we had out 2nd child, both girls. :D

Have a freind who does a lot of family counseling and has invented what he calls the "Rule of 25". Basically states that the average person that he has encountered in his counselling practice and in general observation and relying on statistics really isn't ready to get married financially, emotionally, etc until the age of 25.

Here's an interesting fact. In 1945 ~21% of people were married by the time they were 20 years old. Currently (as of 2004 statistics) individuals comprising the up to 20 year old group only make up ~7% of first marriages.
You are in the majority my friend! :D

you know its funny you said that because I graduate from college this december and she still has two more years left so honestly when im 25 is the soonest I can see us getting married! even though she will be a little younger she will be done with college also and hopefully we will both have careers. Oh ya and I will have a larger watch collection that way when we have all those major start-up costs for newly weds for the first couple of years I will be content with the watches I have and be okay maybe going a few years with out purchasing one! MAYBE

Why thank you, thank you very much!

Seems like an appropriate time to splurge on a couple nice Breitlings as keepsakes.

well it all depends on if i wanna got work winter ball. i did when i was younger but i havent done it in 2 years, its great money but that adds an extra 2 months on the season for me. we have a house in orlando, so i usually go down there in the winter with the family for acouple of months. then back to buffalo to get the family settled in before spring training. then back in buffalo after another 3 months of spring training for the season. as fpr going into work nope i get to play mr. mom for the offseason.
