Ouch. That is why I always use the CC for anything of value. Yeap you need the police and court. I can't help you there but an attorney can.

Just done a Google map search of the address and you can actuly see the "House" in question?? If they have sold a lot of items in the past im sure this address is real??? Anyone live near Kent and has a few petrol bombs handy??

why couldnt the kent cops do that!!!!

and also paypal usualy needs a Bank or credit card adding why can the cops not get that they had to get the money out of paypal so how did they do that,The cops over here that I spoke to seam very unconcerned about it so I dont think I can help too much but if there is anything I can do please let me know.

I live very close to that address, people from out that way are normally OK, but don't take my word for it.

Is it not possible that if someone is going to scam you then they'd use a false address?

yes but they usually use an address very close to their real ones!!!!
