From my recollection it does not "feel" like anything after about 2 minutes, everything is numb by then!

Well that is the one problem with snow in Manhattan. A couple hours after it's stopped snowing it's either black, gray or yellow. Still, when it's falling - paradise...

You probably dont drive much (or at all) there so that takes away some of the burden.

Either way, I was born in LA (1982) and I havent seen it snow here once since ive been around. 83F here today. The good thing is that if we want snow its only about a 20 minute drive up into the mountains where there is tons of it during the rainy times. Full on skiing is less than an hour away.

It's just crept back above freezing over the last few days here in the UK. It probably about 6 degrees C now.

BTW Mario, 83 is about 28 in Centigrade isn't it? I can only visualise temperature as Centigrade!

(It's weird but I'm a complete mix of metric and imperial when it comes to measurements! Temperature has got to be centigrade for me, but weight always has to be stones and pounds - I can't visualise kilos at all. Whereas measuring length I'm fine with both metric and imperial. I guess I'm odd!)

:yeahthat You're not alone!!
