I was just at a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership last night and they had a couple of 300 SRT8's for $9997 off of MSRP bringing them to just over $37k. Fully loaded with all available options. One in Black the other was a Dark Red.

:D

Now we're talking, I'm in England supporting the US car industry (albeit mine is fitted with a Mercedes diesel engine), in hind site I wish I had gone for an SRT8, but anyway, here's my motoring equivilent to a Super Avenger as Driver8 so aptly put it!

You say it must be new but as a Mercedes driver myself I've been seeing some great deals on two or three year old S or CLs. As they've been superseded by new models the resale price has plummeted but they are great cars, and much more reliable than they were in the '00-'02 era.

Something like this would leave your Z4 looking like a Kia Spectra in the performance department; 493bhp, 0-60mph in the 5second region...

Love both cars, although the mileage on the S-6 can get a bit out of hand if you're not, um, 'careful', I s'pose is the responsible way to put it.

So, you've got an S8 or the S6? If the former. I hate you!
