I'm on the east coast and on multiple occasions I've flown to LA to get In N Out Burger and fly home the same day, well overnight. I sometimes just get cravings...but one 3x3 with Animal Style fries is enough for a few months!

There's an In N Out right beside LAX which is rather handy, great place to watch landing aircraft too!

For a fast food sandwich YES it's good. And the pickles on top is a great touch. I'm sure it's loaded with fat and sodium but one sandwhich ain't goona hurt. The BBQsauce was surprisingly good.

Last time I heard...

26 grams of fat...

Anyone going to try to pick one up this round might want to check their health insurance before doing so...

I know exactly which In-N-Out you're talking about. That's a great place for spotting aircraft.

They have AWESOME burgers!

Absolutely Brian. In N Out Burger is sure on top of my list for when I visit LA again.

In the mean time, I guess I'll have to do with the pictures on Airliners.net :(

In and Our Burger I truly like. Recently hit a place called Smash Burger that just laid waste to the burger competition.

There are some good shots on In-N-Out on A.net!

My sister lived in San Diego, and when we visited LA that was on my list of places to visit.

Awesome burgers. Of course, we have some fine mom-n-pop type establishments here in my area, and if a heart attack is what you desire there are plenty available here!

I will keep an eye out for it, not that it's ever likely to make the journey to our shores. There is zero burger competition here. :(

There was recently an In N Out Burger sign in a vacant shop near my place, which got me very excited despite my natural scepticism. It turned out to be a hoax:

I haven't tried a McRib yet, but I just looked up the nutritional values on it - 500 calories, 26 grams of fat, 980 mg of sodium. It could be worse.

As to In-N-Out, it's awesome. It's a perk to living in California. But they are slowly moving east. They now have In-N-Out in Arizona and Nevada.
