ImageI noted today that Breitling Source tallied its 3000th member. That's an average of 3.6 new members per day since Administration first logged on on January 9th 2007.

It's pretty impressive for sure.

Driver8 and I registered within a few days of one another in July 2007 and we are in the 170s, so even by then close to 1 member per day, and obviously accelerates as it becomes more popular and bigger.

Additionally, when the forum moved to phpBB3 from phpBB2 the membership number went down because phpBB3 only counts members who have actually confirmed membership, so there are a few hundred more people who registered initially but never followed up on the confirmation (not sure why though).

But you have to register to PM and a number of people who are not comfortable posting openly will ask questions by PM.
