Our car group did a nice little weekend drive to a couple of Frank Lloyd Wright designed houses in PA a few months ago. Thought I would share some pics for anyone who is a fan of his work. We toured his Kentuck Knob and Falling Water houses. Unfortunaltely, they don't let you take pics of the inside.

Awesome pics, thanks for sharing. I've been meaning to drive out there and check out those houses. And nice NSX's too!

You should go. I've been to Falling Water a couple times and this was my first time seeing the Kentuck Knob house. The interior of the Kentuck Knob house is amazing.

:yeahthat

Definitely he had a sense of style that was way ahead of his time IMO. Same goes for the NSX design too.

I still have our itinerary saved. I could send you the info to the nice hotel we stayed in and the restaurants we went to. It would make for a very nice weekend. Shoot me a pm if you are interested.

Great photo's. Been a FLW fan since I studied his work in school. Love the NSX's too. That car was way ahead of its time. I just saw the new NSX concept in Vegas at it is hot, hot, hot.

Great pics! Thanks. I am lucky enough to live a couple suburbs over from oak park Illinois the home and birthplace of FLW. If you ever come to Illinois, you have to check out his homes here.

I have a contract on a "FLW inspired" home right now. 99% of the homes in my area are cookie cutter colonials, so I'm always on the lookout for something different. It's not a big house, but the views are beautiful. I took some pics today with the snow coming down. *fingers crossed that I get the home*

Very nice. I am in a land of fake colonials, tudors, etc. and would really like something different, but they are few and far between.
